Is it simply a use of the Control Panel to uninstall the tablet, or are there Registry items that have to be manually removed as well. Now, plug the USB cable back into your Wacom pen tablet and computer. Once your tablet is successfully removed, restart your computer. Remove the USB cable from your Wacom tablet and computer. SO, I thought, why not download the trial copy and see what it looks like. If you have a mac computer, there will be no driver driver message but it may take 30 seconds or so to stop blinking. If this fails, try running your windows updates and try the steps above again. The reason I ask, is that I downloaded LR 2.5 to try it out because I have been told that it is a great piece of software and that I would probably benefit from using it. If you are using a Windows computer you should see a message that says 'Installing device driver' this is part of windows that needs to install to use the tablet. I think checking off Windows Ink in Wacom tablet first might make it work? Whatever it is, it’s working for me right now. I’m also admittedly unsure if this is a PERMANENT solution, because I recall I have checked the Wintab options before, and that didn’t fix the problem. It doesnt show anywhere so I redid the setup and its still not connecting to anything. I used Aseprite on two separate devices, one on my PC, which runs on Windows 10, and it works normally without these issues. Not all of the Pens are still available, so if you cant find the pen on Wacoms site, or if there isnt a purchase link for the Pen on this list, then youll probably have to look on eBay or Craigslist. (In my case, I erased with my Wacom tablet pen eraser, but the problem is the same. In summary, the person had an issue with 1) an annoying ripple effect that showed up whenever they clicked even though the splash circle was set to off, and 2) the eraser function didn’t show up when you selected it, unless you were pressing down.
